Concrete removal
Concrete Removal - We posses the talent and skillset to safely, and efficiently remove and dispose of any concrete you may have. We prioritize safety above else, and before we break ground mechanically (with a Skidsteer or Excavator), we perform a "BC 1 Call" for the purposes of locating your underground infrastructure. This allows us to move ahead, while we safely saw cut, break, and excavate any existing concrete and or asphalt. This also includes any excavation in relation in preparation for footings (for retaining walls).

Concrete Base Prep - It is a crucial part of your project regardless of the application. This is what supports your basement/garage floor, driveway, sidewalk, pool deck, patio, stairs, and or retaining wall. We start by removing any grass, topsoil, and any other landscaping as they hold moisture and can not be compacted. We must dig down to the clay, and remove any additional clay if necessary so that we have uniform thickness for our granular fill. A “City Spec” granular is used as fill at a certain, consistent thickness, as support for the slab. For example, if you were building a shop and it needed to support heavy trucks, and farm equipment, the thicker and more involved the base preparation is required. This is followed by compacting the base and achieving compaction by removing as much of the air and moisture as possible for creating greater density.

Concrete Forming - is a process we use to control shape and dimensions of your concrete application. Forming, for example, for an exterior application around your home, is crucial as we use it to slope the concrete to direct water away from the home. Not to mention, formwork done well creates crisp straight, and or curved lines that are appealing to the eye.

Concrete Finishes - There are multiple finishes you can choose, from Trowel, Broom, Exposed Aggregate, Micro or Sand Finish, Stamped, and or Concrete with Integral Colour which can be used with an Broom, Exposed Aggregate, Micro or Sand Finish, and stamped Concrete.
